How do I create an account?
- If you are a new or transfer STFX athlete, visit our registration website: https://goxgo.athletesystems.ca
- Click the create your own account link
- Enter your name and email
- A link will be emailed to you to set a password
- If you do not receive an e-mail within a few minutes, please check your spam folder, the system sends this e-mail immediately.
How do I login?
- If you are a returning STFX athlete, head to our registration website: https://goxgo.athletesystems.ca
- Enter your email and password
- Click Sign in
What if I forgot my password?
- Head to https://goxgo.athletesystems.ca
- Click the forgot your password link
- Enter your e-mail
- Check your e-mail for a link to reset your password

Registration Process
Once logged in, click on Athlete Portal and then Register for a team or club, and you will be directed to complete the following 7 sections. You are able to log back in and complete sections individually, they don't all have to be completed in the same sitting. All student-athletes (first year, transfer and returning) must complete all 7 sections annually.

- SPORTS INFORMATION
- ACADEMIC INFORMATION
- MEDICAL INFORMATION - including medical questionnaire, mental health assessment and medical waiver
NOTE: First year & transferring student-athletes must also complete the following prior to attending STFX training camp:- Complete the STFX PPE History Form and bring to your physician
- Book a physician apppointment and complete a full medical, ensuring your physician completes the STFX PPE Physical Examination Form
- EDUCATION - including Code of Conduct, Hazing, Non-Consensual Sexual Violence, Coaching Association of Canada online Safe Sport Training and U SPORTS Central registration
- CCES ANTI-DOPING EDUCATION
NOTE: Student-athletes require an enrolment key in order to log into the CCES website, which will not be ready until July 15th each year - WAIVER AND CONSENT

Team Fees
For any team requiring the payment of Team Fees, please CLICK HERE to process an online payment.
Safe Sport Training
As of 2025-26, all U SPORTS student-athletes are required to complete the Coaching Association of Canada (CAC) online Safe Sport Training module. The Safe Sport Training module developed by the CAC will help anyone involved in sport identify and prevent situations of maltreatment. This course takes approximately 90 minutes to complete and the instructions to register and complete the course can be found by CLICKING HERE.
Concussion Awareness Training Tool (CATT) - optional
The online CATT for Athletes is endorsed by U SPORTS and provides in-depth concussion education. It is an optional tool available for use by all U SPORTS student-athletes and is a program designed to provide high performance athletes with the information they need to take an evidence-based approach in responding to and managing concussion.
At the end of the course, you will be prompted to enter your information to receive a certificate of completion. The online course takes approximately 30 minutes to complete and covers the following topics:
- What is a concussion?
- Do I have a concussion?
- Why is reporting important?
- How can a concussion affect my life?
- How do I get back to normal?
- How can I cope with concussion?
