What is mental performance consulting?
Simply put, mental performance consultants (MPCs) provide tools to enhance the functioning and wellbeing of people. Rooted in positive psychology, MPCs apply active listening and counseling techniques combined with detailed mental skills training to enhance the mental fitness, readiness, and wellbeing of their clients.
What services do we provide?
Our practice follows evidence-based principles. What we do is rooted in the most up-to-date research, in our rich experience, and the needs of our clients. We offer individual 1-to-1 sessions, small group meetings, team workshops, as well as coach consulting sessions. We cover a variety of topics from mental routines, error management, performance anxiety, leadership, conflict resolution, teamwork to helping navigate injury and transition out of sport.
