StFX X-Men Basketball - Three Time National Champions

The StFX X-Men have won the national U SPORTS championship title (formerly CIS, CIAU) on three occasions. They won back-to-back titles in 2000 and 2001 and their first national championship title came in 1993. All championships were won under the direction of head coach Steve Konchalski.

The X-Men have appeared in the national championship on 15 occassions with an overall U SPORTS championship record of 18 wins, 18 losses in 36 games played with a .500 winning percentage. They have won the three gold medals, one silver (2004), one bronze (2012), along with 5 fourth place finishes, 1 fifth place finish, 3 sixth place finishes and 1 seventh place.  

StFX has 12 Atlantic University Sport (AUS) conference titles to their credit, with the most recent being in 2006. A complete history of AUS championship winners can be found by CLICKING HERE.
