Atlantic University Sport released the 2018 fall sports schedules today, including women’s rugby, men’s and women’s soccer as well as men’s and women’s cross country. Hosts for the 2018 fall championships were also confirmed.

Recovering from a disheartening loss in Saturday’s semifinal, the defending champion StFX X-Women claimed the bronze medal at the 20th U SPORTS women’s rugby championship with a 22-12 win over the Canada West champion Calgary Dinos.

Playing a near perfect game, the fifth-seeded Laval Rouge et Or ended defending champion StFX’s quest for a second straight national championship, beating, them 23-0 in semifinal action Saturday afternoon.

June Beals had four first-half tries as the StFX X-Women defeated the Saint Mary’s Huskies 89-7 Wednesday night in AUS women’s rugby action from Huskies Stadium.

On a beautiful Homecoming Sunday autumn afternoon at Oland Stadium, the U SPORTS No. 1 ranked X-Women defeated the UPEI Panthers by a score of 93-0.
