X-Men basketball forward Jeremy Dunn is the latest athlete featured in our Getting to Know your X-Women and X-Men series throughout the summer. Jeremy recently completed his third year with the X-Men and is a Human Kinetics student from Wolfville, NS.

What brought you to X?
Coach recruited me late, but when he finally got me down here for a visit so I could hang out with the former players and see the campus, I knew that this is where I wanted to be and a team I wanted to be a part of.

Best moment in X uniform so far?
One of my favorite moments was this year’s home game against Cape Breton. Even though we lost in double OT, the gym was packed that night and I've never seen or felt anything like that. It was crazy!

What are you looking forward to this season?
This season is going to be a whole new team, we graduated a great group of seniors and I can’t wait to get on the court to see what this new group can do.

Who has been the most influential person in your life?
I think most influential person would have to be my Dad, he is a basketball nut, coached me almost my whole life, and always supported anything to do with basketball!

One thing I cannot live without is…?
I couldn’t live without basketball!

My dream vacation destination is…?
I don’t know about dream vacation, anywhere hot!

Past-time/hobby: Going to shoot around, hanging out and swimming.

Book: I hate reading! But probably the textbook from Anatomy and Physiology!

TV show: Family Guy and SIPPS VISION!
