StFX's Malcolm Bussey is the AUS offensive player of the week for the week ending November 7, 2021. 

A first-year arts student from Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia, Bussey was named the Subway Player of the Game in the X-Men's 13-7 win over Acadia on Saturday, closing out their regular season with a 6-0 record. The running back had 34 carries for 215 yards, averaging 6.3 yards/rush, including a long of 25 yards. He currently leads the conference in rushing with 110 yards/game, averaging 6.2 yards/rush with 666 total rushing yards in the regular season

This is Bussey's second consecutive AUS Offensive Player of the Week nod.

Position: Defensive back
Hometown: Melfort, Saskatchewan

Academic program: Bachelor of Arts, Human Kinetics
Height and weight: 6'0", 190lbs

StFX's Brandyn Martin is the AUS defensive player of the week for the week ending November 7, 2021. 

A human kinetics student from Melfort, Saskatchewan, Martin led the X-Men in tackling in Saturday's 13-7 win over the Acadia Axemen. The defensive back had 11 tackles in the game—all of which were solo tackles—including three tackles for a loss of yards and two sacks for a loss of seven yards. Martin finishes the AUS regular season with 21.5 total tackles, including 19 solo tackles.

Position: Kicker/Punter
Hometown: Mount Hope, Ontario

Academic program: Bachelor of Arts, Human Kinetics
Height and weight: 5'8", 175lbs  

StFX's Max Capriotti is the AUS football special teams player of the week for the week ending November 7, 2021.  

A human kinetics student from Mount Hope, ON, Capriotti scored seven points in the X-Men's 13-7 win over Acadia on Saturday, with two field goals and an extra point. The kicker/punter booted field goals from 19 and 30 yards out and had 11 punts in the game for 384 yards, averaging 34.9 yards/ punt. Capriotti also had one punt downed inside the 20 for the X-Men. He finishes the AUS regular season with a 37.4 punting average and led the conference in scoring with 61 points (10.2/game).
