Four X-Women on senior women's rugby depth chart

Four X-Women rugby players appear on the Canadian national senior women's team depth chart. The depth chart outlines how players and potential players for the national team rate at their position, and the included X-Women are Tamara Boiteau, Lisa Gauthier, Amanda Bedard and Ghislaine Landry.

Tamara Boiteau (Calgary, AB) recently completed her fifth and final year with the X-Women, enjoying a successful career. Most recently this past season, the hooker was named an AUS all-star and was a CIS tournament all star. She is listed in the 6th postion amongst all hookers on the national depth chart.

Lisa Gauthier (St. Bernadin, ON) had a very successful rookie season this past year for the X-Women. The centre was and AUS all star and was named the AUS Rookie of the Year. She is currently ranked 4th on the depth chart for all outside centres.

Following her as the 5th ranked outside centre is StFX teammate Amanda Bedard (Belleisle, NB). Bedard recently completed her second year at StFX in the centre postion and was the 2007 AUS Rookie of the Year.

Ghislaine Landry (Toronto, ON) is entering her fourth year with the X-Women, and is currently the 5th ranked winger on the Canadian depth chart. She has extensive national team experience, having played on the senior 7's women's team last summer on the team that won silver at the World University Games in Spain. She has been long listed in the past for senior women's team and was a member of the Canadian U19 team for two years. Landry is the two-time reigning CIS Player of the Year and three-time StFX Female Athlete of the Year.
