Cuzner to suit up with Mooseheads over holidays
First year X-Men forward Brad Cuzner will be hitting the ice again sooner than he thought this holiday season as he has been picked up by the Halifax Mooseheads of the QMJHL for four games.

Cuzner played with the Mooseheads last season but there was no room for him on their overage rotation this year, in his final year of junior eligibility. He then made the decision to attend StFX University and join the X-Men program where he has tallied six points in 16 AUS regular season games played to date, including one game-winning goal.

The X-Men wrapped up AUS regular season play on December 1st and are on break for exams and the holidays. They will resume action on January 4th at home when they host Moncton. There is nothing in the CIS eligibility rules that prevents Cuzner from playing in major junior games while still a member of the X-Men.

Due to a recent injury to Mooseheads defenseman Konrad Abeltshauser, the Halifax roster has opened up and Cuzner will be suiting up with his former team for their next four games. He will be playing this evening in Halifax as the Mooseheads host PEI at 7:00 pm. Cuzner will also be playing Friday night in Halifax against Acadie-Bathurst, followed by a road trip to New Brunswick for a Saturday game in Moncton and a December 21st game in Saint John.
