XREC is hosting a Lifesaving Society of Canada National Lifeguard course (NLS) this January

NATIONAL LIFEGUARD SERVICE (NLS)

the only national recognized lifeguard training program, essential for the lifesaver who wishes to work at a facility as a lifeguard.  This course deals with the principles of lifeguarding, teamwork, communication, and emergency procedures.

Day and Time: January 29^th (5pm-930pm), February 5^th (5pm-930pm), February 8^th (9am-5pm), February 9^th (9am-5pm), February 12^th (5pm-930pm), February 19^th (5pm-930pm), February 26^th (5pm-930pm), March 4^th (5pm-930pm), March 11 (5pm-930pm), March 18 (5pm-930pm)

First Aid: Standard First Aid plus AED

Prerequisite: 100% attendance required, Pre-requisites Bronze Cross and 16 years of age
