X-Women Cross Country runner Allie Sandluck was named the STFX Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending Oct. 30, 2022. Allie, a third year Human Kinetics student from Thorburn, N.S., was the overall individual AUS champion this past weekend in Charlottetown. Allie bested the field of 49 runners, finishing the 10k race in a time of 30:17 and also helped lead her X-Women team to the AUS championship title and conference banner with 5 runners in the top 10. Allie earned AUS first team all-star status and was named the AUS cross country female athlete of the year.
