Steve Snyder named offensive coordinator with U18 national team

Antigonish, NS - StFX X-Men football offensive coordinator Coach Snyder has been selected to coach Football Canada's U18 national team at the 2017 International Bowl as their offensive coordinator.

"I am really excited about the opportunity to represent Canada in the 2017 International Bowl in Orlando with 40 of the top U18 players in Canada," comments Coach Snyder.

"My experience with Team Canada in 2015 in our victory over Team USA in Dallas was incredible. Any time you have the opportunity to represent your country in a sporting event internationally it is a unique opportunity and something that should be cherished. It is an honour to be selected."

This year's event will take place in Orlando, Florida from January 23-29, 2017 with Canada's game versus Team USA scheduled for January 28th.
