StFX Athletics extends the opportunity to host your child's birthday party at any StFX varsity regular season home game! Birthday parties may be booked at StFX football, rugby, soccer, hockey, and basketball regular season games, at either an X-Men or X-Women game. Please note that birthday party bookings are not available for playoff games.
StFX Athletics does not provide food/refreshments/cake - parents are able to bring in their own supplies and food for the party.
StFX Athletics does not provide supervision of the birthday guests, this is the responsibility of the party chaperones.
BIRTHDAY PARTY INCLUDES:
- Game tickets for guests and adult chaperones
- Private location close to playing area for food/cake/presents during intermission or halftime
- Birthday announcement during game
- X-Women/X-Men team picture for all birthday guests
- Birthday child participation in intermission/halftime promotions (where possible)
BIRTHDAY PARTY COSTS (2023-24 SEASON):
- Ticket costs are based upon our Group Rate Tickets
- Youth 6-17 - $4.50/ticket (football, basketball, X-Men Hockey) or $3.00/ticket (soccer, rugby, X-Women hockey)
- Adults - $9.00/ticket (football, basketball, X-Men Hockey) or $7.50/ticket (soccer, rugby, X-Women hockey)
- Total ticket number must be provided at least 48 hours in advance of the party/game
BIRTHDAY PARTY LOCATIONS:
- Stadium (football, soccer, rugby) - birthday guests will be provided tickets in the general admission bleachers and given a classroom inside the Saputo Centre for halftime
- Gymnasium (basketball) - birthday guests will be provided tickets in the general admission end bleachers and given a classroom inside the Saputo Centre for halftime
- Arena (hockey) - birthday guests will be provided tickets in Section 8 and given the end view deck inside the arena (beside Section 8) for intermissions. Note: if the private indoor view deck or hospiatlity suite is preferred, an additional venur rental charge will apply.
