The organizing committee of the 21st annual Father Kehoe Golf Classic, presented by the X Varsity Club, wishes to extend to you and your teammates an invitation to participate once again in this special event. This year’s tournament will take place at the Antigonish Golf & Country Club on Friday, July 27, 2012.

As you know, the annual Father Kehoe golf tournament is more than another fundraising event. It has become a special tradition for our alumni and it is an important part of the university’s efforts at maintaining a tradition of excellence in varsity athletics. One hundred percent of the proceeds raised from the Father Kehoe Golf Classic will go directly to supporting StFX’s varsity athletic teams as well as preserving the legacy of Father George Kehoe.

All teams (five-person scramble) are asked to please pre-register by Monday, July 9, 2012, and registration forms must be accompanied with full team payment. The registration cost for the tournament is $800/team. Registration includes green fees, two golf carts per team, Adidas quarter-zip pullovers and player packages, along with the Thursday evening reception & hip-of-beef dinner, silent and live auctions, door prizes, team prizes, prize holes and contests, refreshments and food on course and more! We are excited to have Labatt's, Pepsi and Sobeys on board this summer as major sponsors of the 21st annual Father Kehoe Golf Classic.

For anyone who would like to purchase additional dinner/auction tickets, please contact Krista McKenna no later than Monday, July 23rd. A limited number of additional dinner tickets will be available at a cost of $30/person.

The shot-gun start for the tournament will take place at 8:00am on Friday, July 27th at the Antigonish Golf & Country Club. After the golfing is complete, there will be a post-tournament reception at the golf course where the tournament prizes will be handed out, along with the various contest prizes and team door prizes.
