TORONTO (CFL / CIS) – The Canadian Football League’s Scouting Bureau published Tuesday its December edition of the top 15 prospects eligible for the 2011 CFL Canadian Draft.

Joining the top 15 list are two new faces - both from CIS - Concordia offensive lineman Anthony Barrette (13th) and Saskatchewan receiver Jade Etienne (15th). With the addition of Barrette and Etienne, the list includes 10 CIS representatives, one more than on September 16th.
