Winnipeg, MB – Veteran fourth year X-Women runner Allie Sandluck (Thorburn, NS) was the lone STFX competitor at the U SPORTS Track & Field national championship this past weekend, hosted by the University of Manitoba.
Sandluck competed in the women's 3000m race on Friday night at the University of Manitoba Fieldhouse amongst a field of 12 racers. Her time of 9:56.67 was ninth best overall as she increased her ranking by two spots, having come into the national race ranked 11th.
The Guelph Gryphons won both the women's and men's team titles at the championship. Complete team standings follow below.
