Sandluck competes in national 3000m race

Winnipeg, MB – Veteran fourth year X-Women runner Allie Sandluck (Thorburn, NS) was the lone STFX competitor at the U SPORTS Track & Field national championship this past weekend, hosted by the University of Manitoba.

Sandluck competed in the women's 3000m race on Friday night at the University of Manitoba Fieldhouse amongst a field of 12 racers. Her time of 9:56.67 was ninth best overall as she increased her ranking by two spots, having come into the national race ranked 11th.
