X-Men basketball guard Tyrell Vernon is the latest athlete featured in our Getting to Know your X-Women and X-Men series throughout the summer. Tyrell recently completed his fourth year eligibility with the X-Men and is an Arts student from Hamilton, Ont.

What brought you to StFX?
Coach Konchalski was my main reason for coming to StFX

What has been your best moment in a StFX uniform so far?
My best moment in an X uniform so far is winning the bronze medal at Nationals.

One thing I cannot live without is…?
Sweat pants and hoodies

If I could have super-hero powers I would…?
I would want to be able to read minds.

My biggest pet peeve is…?
A dirty kitchen

My dream vacation destination is…?
Jamaica, Fiji, or Hawaii

My dream job is…?
Running my own basketball programs in Hamilton.

I have never had alcohol before in my life.
