The X-Women fielded relay teams in the 4x200m and 4x800m events. The 4x200m squad of Catherine Kennedy, Megan Graham, Samantha Taylor and Allie Flower bested their three competing teams to place first with a time of 1:44.48. They shaded a half second improvement off their time posted at the McGill two weeks ago and are currently ranked in the top 10 in U SPORTS in ninth position.

The 4x800m relay team of Zoe Johnson, Paige Chisholm, Aidan MacDonald and Hana Marmura were third overall amongst six teams, but their time of 9:29.31 set a new StFX record by 14 seconds. It broke the previous time of 9:43.02 set in 2006. Current StFX assistant coach Gina (Stewart) McInnis was a member of the 2006 X-Women 4x800m relay team. The 2019 squad is now ranked sixth in U SPORTS.

On the men's relay side, the X-Men fielded two teams in the 4x400m event only. The 'A' team of Brad Barclay, Eric Sutton, Adrian Kinney and Tim Brennan set a new StFX record of 3:22.11 in their first place finish amidst the five teams in the race. The time beat the previous X record by a second - 3:23.10 was set just weeks ago at the McGill meet by the same four X-Men sprinters. They are currently ranked fourth in U SPORTS.

The X-Men 'B' team of  Quinn Alexander, Johnny West, Alex Moore and Taylor Leger was third overall in the 4x400m race with a time of 3:34.01.

The relay challenge was good preparation for the X squads set to compete at the upcoming Subway AUS Championship February 22-23 in Moncton.
