St. John's, Nfld - The Memorial Sea-Hawks kept their playoff hopes alive on Friday night, with a double-digit victory over the StFX X-Men.  Final score from The Field House was Sea-Hawks 104, X-Men 84.

The Sea-Hawks jumped out to an early first quarter lead on the X-Men behind strong play from Alpha Kisusi, who dropped in 6 points off the bench.  Memorial finished the first quarter with a 23-10 advantage.

StFX worked hard in the second quarter to try and get back into the game, but once again the Sea-Hawks were too strong and outscored the X-Men 27-19 in the second.  The Sea-Hawks held a 50-29 lead at the half.

Both teams pushed the pace in the third and exchanged baskets most of the way.  The Sea-Hawks finished the third with 38 points, while StFX registered 32.

Memorial was lead in scoring by Vasilije Curcic, who finished with 22 points and 7 rebounds.  Alpha Kisusi came off the Sea-Hawks bench to score an efficient 21 points on 8 of 12 shooting from the field.  Caleb Gould chipped in with 19 points and 10 rebounds, while Daniel Gordon finished the game with 13 points.

StFX once again received a strong performance from Kevin Bercy who finished the game with 19 points and 7 rebounds.  Julius Antoine also chipped in with 16 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 assists.
