Acadia Axemen quarterback Hunter Guenard is the Atlantic University Sport football offensive player of the week for the week ending Aug. 25, 2019.
A fourth-year arts student from Calgary, Guenard threw 20 completions on 31 attempts for 273 yards and three touchdowns in Acadia's 53-13 win over the Bishop's Gaiters Saturday in Wolfville, N.S.
He was named Subway Player of the Game for his efforts.

Acadia Axemen linebacker Bailey Feltmate has been named the AUS football defensive player of the week.
A fourth-year kinesiology student from Moncton, N.B., Feltmate had a fumble recovery which he returned 25 yards for a touchdown in Acadia's 53-13 win over the Bishop's Gaiters.
He led the Axemen defence with nine solo tackles and four assisted tackles in the win.

St. Francis Xavier punter and kicker Keiran Burnham is the AUS football special teams player of the week for the week ending Aug. 25, 2019.
A fourth-year arts student from Cambridge, Ont., Burnham kicked three field goals in the X-Men's 16-6 win over Mount Allison on Saturday, splitting the uprights from 41, 19 and 39 yards out.
He also had six punts for 264 total yards, averaging 44 yards per punt, including a long punt of 59 yards and two inside the 20. He had a pair of kick-offs in the game for 83 yards, averaging 41.5 yards per kick.
