Bill McIntyre

Bill McIntyre, an exceptional receiver with the X-Men football team played for five seasons from 1983 to 1987. As a three-time team captain, Bill was an outstanding offensive threat who established conference records for receptions and all-time yardage that held for a decade after he graduated. Bill's athletic prowess still shines in the AUS record book as he ranks third overall in career receiving yards (2362) and fourth overall in career receptions (163). Bill was recognized as an AUAA all-star four times, was a CIAU second team All-Canadian, and he was a member of the 1983 StFX squad that won the AUAA championship title.

The 2014 Hall of Fame Induction ceremony and dinner is scheduled for Thursday, October 9th at 6:00 pm at the Charles V. Keating Centre conference rooms. Those chosen inductees have exemplified the spirit and ideals of Xaverian athletics in their professional and community lives.
