X-Women Rugby center Katherine Culligan was named the STFX Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending Oct. 24, 2021. Katherine, a second year BASCH student from Halifax, NS was the Player of the Game in the X-Women’s 35-15 AUS semifinal playoff victory over UPEI on Saturday. She scored two tries in the game and had three brilliant runs, along with several key tackles. Katherine made an impact on the game on both offense and defense in helping the X-Women to victory.
