X-Women soccer forward Amanda Smith was named the StFX Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending Oct. 6, 2019. Amanda, a second year Human Kinetics student from Ottawa, Ont. was the player of the game in StFX’s 5-0 shutout win over Mount A on Sunday. She scored the first two goals of the game for X and assisted on two others for a four-point game. Amanda is currently third overall in AUS scoring with seven goals on the season and 11 points.
