X-Women hockey forward Daley Oddy was named the StFX Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending Nov. 9, 2014. Daley, a second year Human Kinetics student from Cranbrooke, B.C. tallied four points in two weekend wins for the CIS No. 10 ranked X-Women. In Saturday’s 4-3 victory at St. Thomas, Daley had one assist and 5 shots in the game, while in Sunday’s 3-1 victory over Mount Allison she scored 2 goals, had 1 assist and 6 shots on goal. Daley assisted on the first goal of the game then scored the next two for StFX, improving their record to 7-1 on the season. She currently has 8 points on the AUS season (4 goals, 4 assists).
