X-Men soccer midfielder Liam Elbourne was named the StFX Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending Oct. 19, 2014. Liam, a first year Business student from Halifax, N.S., scored two goals on Sunday in the X-Men’s 3-0 victory over Saint Mary’s. He had six shots in the game, scoring the X-Men’s second and third goals. In StFX’s 3-0 victory over Moncton on Friday Liam assisted on the third goal. He is currently third in team scoring with seven points in his freshman campaign.
