Vince Grant is inducted into the Hall having lettered in three sports as an athlete. Vince was an essential contributor to the 1941 hockey team that captured the Maritime Intercollegiate hockey championship. His finest hockey moment was an eight point playoff performance, including four goals, which helped the X-Men win the Nova Scotia Intercollegiate Championship. Vince was a constant scoring threat in rugby and led the varsity X-Men to a Nova Scotia Provincial Championship in 1941. He earned his letter for track and field after being named the ‘top performer’ in the 1942 track meet.
