Michelle Reddy of the Dalhousie Tigers women's cross country team is the Subway Atlantic University Sport female athlete of the week for the week ending Oct. 28, 2018.
A fifth-year recreation therapy student from Sarnia, Ont., Reddy was the women's individual gold medal winner at the Subway AUS Cross Country Championships hosted by Dalhousie in Halifax this past weekend.
Reddy finished the women's 8km race in a time of 29:23.21 and was named AUS Athlete of the Year and an AUS all-star. Her win helped lead the Tigers to team gold and their sixth consecutive AUS championship banner.

Angus Rawling of the St. Francis Xavier X-Men cross country team is the Subway Atlantic University Sport male athlete of the week for the week ending Oct. 28, 2018.
A fourth-year business student from Calgary, Alta., Rawling was the men's individual goal medal winner at the Subway AUS Cross Country Championships hosted by Dalhousie in Halifax this past weekend.
Rawling finished the men's 10km race in a time of 31:33.23 and was named AUS Athlete of the Year and an AUS all-star. His win helped lead the X-Men to team gold and an AUS championship banner win.
This is his second consecutive first-place finish at an AUS championship and AUS Athlete of the Year win.
