X-Women cross country/track & field runner Kathryn Tuck is the latest athlete featured in our Getting to Know your X-Women and X-Men series throughout the summer. Kathryn recently completed her third year with the X-Women and is a Science student from Ottawa, Ont.

Nickname:  My family calls me kk, while everyone else calls me Tuck or some variation of that.

My favorite StFX sporting moment to date is…?
Probably watching the guys track and field team take home the banner for the first time ever this past season!

If I could meet any famous person it would be…?
Either Stephen King who is one of my favourite authors and would be incredibly interesting to meet, or Morgan Freeman solely to hear his voice in person.

My favorite Disney movie or character is…?
Lion King

My biggest pet peeve is…?
Slow drivers or walkers... patience isn't my best virtue.

My dream job is…?
Book or film critic. Getting paid to read or watch movies all day would be unreal. Actually restaurant critic would be pretty sweet too...

My biggest fan is…?
My grandmother. Her enthusiasm is never-ending.

Tell us something interesting about your hometown?
I live right by the only indoor 400m track in Canada. (At least I think it's still the only one)
