Patricia (MacDougall) White

Patricia 'Trish' White (nee MacDougall) was an outstanding athlete and leader with the X-Women soccer team for five seasons from 1993 to 1997. She was first recognized with the 1993 AUAA rookie of the year award, then acknowledged as an AUAA all-star three times, and named the 1996 AUAA most valuable player. She twice received CIAU All-Canadian status. Trish, a phenomenal force as midfielder, was captain of the X-Women team for two seasons. This two-time X-Women soccer most valuable player also lent her talents to the X-Women hockey club during her time as an athlete at StFX.

The 2014 Hall of Fame Induction ceremony and dinner is scheduled for Thursday, October 9th at 6:00 pm at the Charles V. Keating Centre conference rooms. The St. Francis Xavier University Sports Hall of Fame was founded in 1976 and exists to honour those individuals who have contributed significantly to StFX sports as athletes, teams, or as builders. Those chosen inductees have exemplified the spirit and ideals of Xaverian athletics in their professional and community lives.
