Congratulations to our 2014 Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS)
national women's rugby champions! The X-Women defeated McMaster
43-34 in the championship game played November 2nd at Guelph
University to claim their fourth CIS banner in team history. The
X-Women were also national champions in 2012, 2010 and 2006.
At the 2014 championship, the X-Women were 3-0, also earning wins
over Alberta (41-17) and Western (27-24) in pool play. They claimed
their 17th consecutive Atlantic University Sport (AUS) title over
Acadia with a 19-12 overtime victory in Wolfville on October
25th.
