X-Women hockey move into No. 8 spot in CIS rankings

Montreal back at No. 1 in women's hockey

OTTAWA (CIS) – For the fourth consecutive week, there is a new national leader in CIS women's hockey.
The Montreal Carabins (6-2) dominated their archrivals from McGill 5-2 on home ice last Friday to take the pole position back from the Martlets (6-2), who fall back to No. 2 in the new coaches' poll. 

In other CIS sports, Windsor (women's basketball), Carleton (men's basketball), UBC (women's & men's swimming) and Alberta (men's hockey, women's volleyball & men's volleyball) all hold on to their No. 1 status.
