What are you up to this summer?

I've been back home in Truro landscaping for the summer. I've been training, and also spent some time in Halifax playing for the Halifax Thunder in the MWBA. 

What's your favourite off-season workout/activity?

Going to the beach, hanging out with friends and family.

What are you most excited for this season?

Heading to Barcelona with the team at the end of August!

Favourite StFX Memory: Our 2022 pre-season in Quebec, it was a fun trip and brought us closer together as a team, it was also our first win of the year

What are you up to this summer?

I've been coaching kids and spending a lot of time in the gym, I've also spent a lot of time with friends and family around the city.

What's your favourite off-season workout/activity?

3x3 runs!

What are you most excited for this season?

Our pre-season trip to Spain!
