X-Men hockey to open AUS quarter-final series Wednesday

The 2019 Subway AUS Men's Hockey Playoffs quarter-final round schedule is as follows:

Quarter-final Series #1 (Best 2-of-3): StFX (3) vs. Acadia (6)

Game 1: Wednesday, Feb. 13 – Acadia at StFX, 7 p.m.
Game 2: Friday, Feb. 15 – StFX at Acadia, 7 p.m. (This game will be televised on Bell Aliant's TV1)
Game 3: Sunday, Feb. 17 – Acadia at StFX, 7 p.m.*

Tickets for Game 1 will go on sale Monday, February 11th at 12:00 pm at the StFX Keating Centre box office. Tickets may be purchased in person, on the phone 902-863-3304 or online at www.goxgo.ca/tickets. 

Quarter-final Series #2 (Best 2-of-3): UPEI (4) vs. Moncton (5)

Game 1: Wednesday, Feb. 13 – Moncton at UPEI, 7 p.m.
Game 2: Friday, Feb. 15 – UPEI at Moncton, 7 p.m.
Game 3: Sunday, Feb. 17 – Moncton at UPEI, 7 p.m.*

The winners of each series will advance to next week's AUS men's hockey semifinals where they will face the two top-seeded AUS teams, the UNB Varsity Reds and the Saint Mary's Huskies. Both UNB and Saint Mary's receive a bye to the semi-final rounds.
