Each day leading up to the men's hockey CIS University Cup national championship we will profile one of the X-Men student-athletes. Today we feature first year forward from Oshawa, Ont., Holden Cook.

What is your favorite hockey memory growing up?
Driving to Chicago with my dad to play in the Nike Bauer invitational hockey tournament and experiencing downtown Chicago and some deep dish pizza.

Tell us something about yourself that may surprise people?
Extremely scared of heights.

Three words to describe your personality would be?
Quiet, Goofy, Creative

Do you have any game day routines or superstitions?
I consistently change my pregame routine so that if anything were to interrupt it I wouldn't let it affect me....try and stay as loose as possible.

What is your favorite TV show?
Suits

East Coast or country Classics (Huge fan of Great Big Sea)

Chocolate chip cookies

What's the best part about wearing the X jersey?
It is a jersey rich with history and character and I'm proud I can be a part of the growing tradition everyday.
