Tickets are still on sale for the StFX X-Men hockey dream draw fundraiser. The popular and unique fundraiser, now in its third year, offers a different trip drawn for every month. It is a great Christmas present for that hard-to-buy-for person on your shopping list!

"We are really excited to continue with our dream draw fundraising initiative," comments Coach Peddle. "We continue to reach out to the loyal supporters and fans of our program, and engage with supporters and alumni from across the country."

The trip-a-month dream draw assists the X Men in their fundraising efforts for this season and in building towards future financial stability in an effort to maintain the standards and traditions of StFX men's hockey. Monies raise will aid in the funding of scholarships for student-athletes and for out-of-conference travel, both critical factors for success and key components in building a CIS championship program. The X-Men are currently ranked No. 6 in the nation and wrapped up the first half of AUS regular season play with an 11-2-2 record, good enough for second place.

The StFX X-Men hockey trip-a-month dream draw features 12 dream trips with dozens of great second and third place prizes. Tickets cost $120 each and a total of 500 will be sold. Each draw will take place on the first day of the month with the first draw scheduled for January 1, 2016. Some of the dream trips involve include getaways to the Dominican Republic, Cuba, Mexico and Florida.
