Coach Brown is a Florida native who comes to StFX via Halifax, having played and coached in multiple levels of football both professionally and collegiately, including stints in Europe, Canada and Arena Football, along with the NCAA and U SPORTS. A former quarterback and AUS Loney Bowl champion, Brown began his coaching career as the offensive coordinator as a player/coach in Europe where he has competed for the past 11 seasons. Brown was inducted into the Touchdown Europe Hall of Fame for winning eight championships, and was the first quarterback to win two major national championships in the same season. He has seven national titles (in five different countries), two state titles and he earned a world championship title with the U.S. national team in 2011. Brown has also worked with the national teams of Germany and Finland and is still heavily involved in the European football community.
