May 14, 2014X-Men wide receiver Devon Bailey was drafted sixth overall in the 2014 CFL Draft on May 13th, being selected in the first round by the Edmonton Eskimos. -
Omara, Roseway and Dickson compete on East squad in CIS East West Bowl
May 11, 2014Three X-Men competed for the East squad in the annual CIS East West Bowl this past Saturday in London, Ont. The all-star game that features CIS players who will be eligible for the following year's CFL draft saw the East defeat the West by a 19-12 margin. Representing StFX was running back Ashton Dickson, wide receiver Randy Roseway and linebacker Ron Omara.

2014 AUS football schedule announced
April 04, 2014Atlantic University Sport released the 2014 football schedule today for the upcoming fall season. Each of the conference's four teams will once again play eight regular season games, with the regular season kicking off with a Friday evening and a Saturday afternoon game in Week 1.

X-Men fare well at CFL combine
March 28, 2014Five StFX X-Men recently participated in CFL combine events. Wide receiver Devon Bailey and offensive lineman Terry Hart attended the national CFL combine in Toronto as a contingent of 40 of the top players eligible for the upcoming CFL draft, while defensive backs Charlton Elliott and Demetrius Ferguson and defensive lineman Samni Adereti attended the Montreal regional combine.
