Express Bootcamp

Classes consist of cardio, weight training, flexibility and all the things in between - each class is designed with modifications and progressions so that everyone feels challenged and successful.  "Having worked with such a diverse clientele – I can accommodate specific needs".

During time with me – we will work out together – I am your coach 24/7 – I’m always available for help, support and general questions – I will always be there to hold you accountable in both a supportive and motivational way.  We will goal set and plan together to help optimize your results – whatever your goal may be. 

During the time, in between classes – there will be homework to keep you active.

Kick 2B Fit

Mixed Martial Arts inspired workout that will improve Cardiorespiratory and Muscular endurance.  This HIIT workout will leave you feeling Empowered and looking Fighting fit.  Every muscle in the body is targeted and sculpted.    (Beginner to intermediate)

PiYo Live ®

Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements.  You'll perform a series of high-intensity, low-impact moves that will work every single muscle for a long, lean, and incredibly defined physique.  No weights. No jumps.  Just hardcore results.
