X-Women Basketball guard Kimberly Kingsbury was named the STFX Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending Nov. 14, 2021. Kim, a fifth year BASCH student from Nepean, ON played two strong games for the X-Women this past week. She scored a game high 24 points and added 9 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals in Wednesday’s loss at SMU, then followed up with a team high 11 points, along with 6 rebounds and a steal in STFX’s loss Saturday to the same SMU squad. Kim currently leads the team in scoring, averaging 15.3 PPG and is second in team rebounding with 6.7 RPG.
