X-Women soccer midfielder Mercy Myles was named the StFX Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending Sept. 8, 2019. Mercy, a fourth year Human Kinetics student from Accra, Ghana, played two strong games to start off the X-Women season this weekend. In Friday’s 2-0 win over UPEI, Mercy scored StFX’s first goal, had three shots and was honoured as the player of the game. She followed up with another solid midfield performance in Sunday’s 1-0 win over UNB and had four shots in the game.
