X-Women track & field sprinter Allie Flower was named the StFX Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending Feb. 24, 2019. Allie, a fifth year Human Nutrition student from Lunenburg, NS won three gold and one silver medal at the AUS Track & Field Championship in Moncton this weekend, helping lead the X-Women to a second place finish overall. Allie defended her 300m title and was the AUS champion with time of 40.73. She also claimed the silver medal in the 600m race (1:35.50) and anchored both the X-Women 4x200m and 4x400m relay teams to AUS gold medals.
