X-Women hockey forward Daley Oddy was named the StFX Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending Mar. 15, 2018. Daley, a fifth year Human Kinetics student from Cranbrook, B.C. was named the U SPORTS women’s hockey Player of the Year this past week, in addition to being honoured as a U SPORTS 1st team All-Canadian. The veteran helped lead the X-Women at the recent national championship where they finished sixth with a 1-2 record. In their 4-3 overtime win over Queen’s, Daley had a hat trick including the game winning goal. She led the country this year in scoring (31) and goals (16).
