X-Women hockey goaltender Carley Molnar was named the StFX Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending Mar. 11, 2018. Carley, a third year Arts student (2nd year eligibility) from London, Ont. played a very strong playoff series for the X-Women, including Game 3 on Tuesday night where she received player of the game honours. The X-Women lost a close 1-0 game to SMU for the AUS final with Carley posting 27 saves in the StFX goal. With a regular season .924 save percentage and 1.45 GGA, she was named as an AUS second team all-star.
