X-Women hockey forward Sarah Bujold was named the StFX Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending Jan. 7, 2018. Sarah, a fourth year Human Kinetics student from Riverview, NB scored 3 goals and added in assist in two weekend wins for the 1st place X-Women. In Friday’s 6-3 victory at Moncton Sarah had a goal and an assist, then followed up with 2 goals in their 5-3 come-from-behind victory at UPEI on Saturday. Her goal at 0:19 of the 3rd period helped launch the X-Women comeback. The reigning U SPORTS player of the year, Sarah is currently 3rd overall in AUS scoring with 18 points on the season (10 goals, 8 assists).
