X-Men soccer midfielder Dan Hayfield was named the StFX Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending Oct. 22, 2017. Dan, a third year Arts student from Exeter, England, scored three goals in a pair of StFX wins over the weekend, helping the X-Men clinch second place and a 1st round AUS playoff bye into the semifinals. Dan scored 2 goals and had 1 assist in a 4-0 win over MtA, then scored StFX’s lone goal in a 1-0 win over DAL. He currently leads the AUS in scoring and has tied the X-Men single-season scoring record with 12 goals to date.
