X-Women rugby center Jaelei Meyer was named the StFX Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending Oct. 4, 2015. Jaelei, a third year Science student from Carlyle, SK kept up her strong play this season in the X-Women’s 47-0 victory over UPEI on Friday night. Named player of the game for her efforts, Jaelei scored one try and overall helped control the offensive play of the game. She tackled well, ran well with the ball and played strong defense. Jaelei is currently in the AUS top 10 scoring with 4 tries on the season.
