X-Women rugby hooker Catharine MacKeigan was named the StFX Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending Sept. 15, 2013. Catharine, a second year Human Kinetics student from Toronto, Ont. scored 15 points in the X-Women’s 84-0 shutout over Saint Mary’s in Halifax Sunday afternoon, scoring three tries. Three games into the season, Catharine is tied for third overall in AUS scoring with 25 points and has settled in to the X-Women starting lineup.
